Tadiran Coral Center Jet
The CoralCenter JET is a Management Information System from Tadiron designed to be used in call centers with over 150 phone agents. JET allows for management to analyze all call center data in real-time or to use the powerful historical reporting tools. Designed for use with the Coral ACD, supervisors are able to use JET to monitor quality performance and schedule against future projections.
JET works on-site or off and agent monitoring can be done individually or in ACD groups. Groups are completely configurable to relocate agents where they are needed. Reports are also configurable so management can get the exact information they are looking for. In short, CoralCenter JET increases efficiency, decreases cost, and improves the customer experience.
