The voice mail and text-to-speech features have allowed us more ways to communicate with our customers and distributors without ever having to worry that we missed an important call and the fact that the system is completely compatible with a wide variety of Toshiba’s cordless phones has really improved the efficiency of our operation by allowing us to physically check warehouse stock while still speaking to the customer.

I can even work at home or on the road and not miss a beat in terms of connectivity to the office because every single function is available to me remotely. Switching to the Strata CIX 100 was one of the best upgrades we’ve made for our business and knowing that the system has the capability to grow with us makes it that much better.
