I have not worked with an IT company EVER that is so professional, quick to respond, diligent, and hard working. You do not have to call them a hundred times to get what you need done. Chris Lee was the best!!!!! He called me back to check to see if my ticket was complete, when it was not, he worked it until it was completed! He did an awesome job and his customer service was A-1!!! Keep up the good work!!!
Definitely a great company to work with, the fixed some problems with our server that literally no one else was able to help us with. I also really appreciated the way their techs handled themselves while they were at our office.

We just started using these guys for our IT support. I can't say that things went as smooth as they should have; when they reconfigured our server we were down for nearly an hour and they said it would probably be up to an hour. Having said that, we've been up and running for a month now and not a single problem. I've also been very impressed with the way they handle our support calls. Our previous support guys always made it feel like it was a hassle to take our calls and sometimes they wouldn't get back to us for hours at a time, but every time we've called ICS they've been quick to answer the phone, quick to solve the problem and generally nice people to work with.
