We used this company for our IT services several years ago. When i questioned their bills, they terminated our services. A year later their controller sends me 3 bills from May of 2023. Seriously. We paid our final bill and left these people. They were very expensive and our services were left wide open according to our new IT company. I do not recommend them. As of today they are still sending us bills from January 2024 that i already showed him was paid. Now he is threatening to turn us over to collections...so I will gladly see you guys in small claims court. This is harassment.
A couple of days ago I had an issue with the phone. I was terribly frustrated. I emailed our Tech (Clifton) and got an almost instant reply. I still had issues and emailed again, instant reply. This went on and then Clifton called me. He is absolutely the best, he is a great asset to ICS. He was so calm, fabulous Customer Service. Issue dealt with, no problem. My colleagues called me the Tech Master, but I owe it all to Clifton. He's GREAT!
My wifi was not working, so one of the people in charge of my apartment said to call them. I called them, explained the issue and when it started, they told me there was a storm that reset some stuff. They walked me through the whole process, told me they would call me back in about 15-20 minutes. About 15-ish minutes later they called me back and we got my wifi working again. Brooke I think was the name of the person that helped me.To put it a bit more simply, wifi wasn't working, I was told to call them by apartment people. I called them, they helped me. I will be putting their info next to my wifi for future reference in case this happens again.
Has been great working with ICS, Chris and David have been very pleasant to work with in IT. Big or little tasks, we are glad to have chose ICS for our IT needs
Warning! While it may be that some companies have a good experience with ICS, my company did not. During the three years using ICS, there were a host of problems. But the most impactful to us, was during a simple dispute over billing for products we canceled. During the discussions to resolve the dispute, they choose to withhold critical support. We continue to pay for their services without receiving any support. In other words, they held us hostage until we paid them without a satisfactory resolution to the dispute. Just be cautious us this firm.
