  • Mitel MiVoice Business, Mitel MiVoice Office and Polycom SIP Based Cloud Solutions
  • Triaging, troubleshooting, and providing resolution to any customer support tickets regarding business phone systems. 
  • Documenting and sending any sort of product defects to the management team for further escalation. 
  • Communicating product features, FAQs, and answering commonly asked questions for customers. 

We require you to have a solid understanding of data and telecommunication networks for this position.
