- Mitel MiVoice Business, Mitel MiVoice Office and Polycom SIP Based Cloud Solutions
- Triaging, troubleshooting, and providing resolution to any customer support tickets regarding business phone systems.
- Documenting and sending any sort of product defects to the management team for further escalation.
- Communicating product features, FAQs, and answering commonly asked questions for customers.
We require you to have a solid understanding of data and telecommunication networks for this position.
