Mitel MiVoice Business, Mitel MiVoice Office and Polycom SIP Based Cloud Solutions
Triaging, troubleshooting, and providing resolution to any customer support tickets regarding business phone systems.
Documenting and sending any sort of product defects to the management team for further escalation.
Communicating product features, FAQs, and answering commonly asked questions for customers.
We require you to have a solid understanding of data and telecommunication networks for this position.
